As an On-Call Registered Nurse (RN), you will engage in direct nursing care, support care planning, and ensure compliance with health standards.
This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a post-acute care setting and collaborate with a skilled healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care according to physician orders and care plans
• Perform health assessments and monitor patient conditions
• Administer medications and nursing procedures accurately
• Supervise LVNs and CNAs in resident care delivery
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
Requirements:
• Current California RN license in good standing
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
