Lead home healthcare excellence with Welbe Health as their Home Health Manager. This role emphasizes skilled nursing delivery while ensuring high-quality care for vulnerable seniors in their homes.
As a Home Health Manager, you will oversee a high-performing team, maintaining workflows and policies to ensure outstanding care for participants. You will guide staff through training and coaching while assessing nursing assessments and team participation. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct operations of the home care department with high standards
• Guide and support home care staff through comprehensive training

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or relevant experience
