Reporting directly to the Director of Care, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional, patient-focused nursing care. Your responsibilities include managing detailed care plans and actively participating in a collaborative care environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct and document resident assessments accurately
• Implement, evaluate, and modify care plans as needed
• Administer medications, ensuring compliance with policies
• Facilitate transitions and handle medical emergencies
• Support infection prevention and health initiatives
Requirements:
• Active Licensed Practical Nurse registration
• Experience in long-term care is an asset
• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Willing to obtain a current Vulnerable Sector Check
