Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medication and treatments accurately and safely

• Follow and report plans of care for residents

• Maintain communication and update care plans efficiently

Requirements:

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Current CPR Heart Save Level certification

• Experience working with dementia patients preferred

• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices

• Strong communication and computer skills
