Team Lead RN in PACU at Clearpoint

Elevate patient care as a Team Lead RN in the PACU and Day Stay Unit at Clearpoint Health Network. This role requires strong leadership in clinical and operational aspects to ensure high-quality patient-focused services.

As a Team Lead RN, you will oversee daily operations, provide mentorship to nursing staff, and coordinate patient flow in the PACU and Day Stay units. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership for PACU and Day Stay operations

• Mentor and coach nursing staff for development

• Ensure patient safety through comprehensive assessments

• Coordinate daily patient flow and unit activities

• Lead adherence to quality and accreditation standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred

• Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta

• Minimum five years in PACU or Critical Care nursing

• Current BLS and ACLS certification required

• Proven leadership and conflict-resolution skills
