In this Clinical Education role, you will utilize your experience in acute care and healthcare education to improve nursing competencies across the organization. Collaborate effectively with physicians, managers, and staff to create educational materials that ensure safe and effective patient care. Your focus will be on enhancing quality and patient safety through evidence-based practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement educational programs for nursing staff
• Provide on-unit consultation for specialty areas
• Conduct competency audits to ensure best practices
• Maintain collaboration with clinical personnel
• Analyze data to improve educational strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Nursing is mandatory
• At least five years of experience in healthcare education
• Current Registered Nurse license required
• Preferred Master’s Degree in Nursing
• Certification in Integrative Agitation Management within 30 days
