Trauma​/Surgery Registered Nurse

Join the dynamic team at Foothills Medical Centre as a Registered Nurse in Unit 44. Delivering patient-centered care for poly-trauma and surgical needs, you'll utilize critical thinking and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide comprehensive nursing services while advocating for patients and their families.

Your role is pivotal in promoting health through holistic care and improving patient outcomes. You will engage in critical assessments, implement care plans, and lead initiatives focused on quality of life and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive care to poly-trauma patients

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary health care team

• Educate and advocate for patients and families

• Implement nursing processes through effective problem-solving

• Lead initiatives enhancing patient safety and outcomes

Requirements:

• Completion of accredited nursing program

• Active or eligible for CRNA registration

• Current BCLS-HCP certification

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work in high-acuity environments
