• Plan, organize, and evaluate nursing care

• Implement and assess Clinical Best Practice Programs

• Monitor safety and injury prevention processes

Requirements:

• RN Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in nursing

• Minimum of 5 years in leadership roles

• Knowledgeable about nursing and medical regulations

• Experienced in dementia care

• Strong organizational and innovative skills
