Compassionate LPN Position

Join Bethany Riverview as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Calgary, Alberta, dedicated to delivering exceptional resident care. This full-time position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and effective communication.

In this role, the Licensed Practical Nurse will ensure the holistic needs of residents are met while promoting independence and dignity. You will perform comprehensive nursing assessments, document care interventions and outcomes, and work collaboratively with the Interdisciplinary Team. Participation in safety practices and ongoing learning is fundamental in fostering a caring community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide resident-centered nursing assessments and care

• Document all resident care accurately and in detail

• Uphold safety standards and mitigate risks

• Engage with the Interdisciplinary Team in care planning

• Mentor Health Care Aides and uphold team culture

Requirements:

• Completion of a recognized LPN program

• Current license in good standing with Alberta's nursing body

• Experience as an LPN is highly preferred

• Demonstrated critical thinking and communication talents

• Up-to-date CPR certification required
