Your responsibilities will involve working on a mobile unit, delivering episodic care while working closely with a peer support team. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver primary care in various community locations
• Order diagnostic tests and interpret results
• Prescribe medication and manage treatment interventions
• Guide a multidisciplinary team in care protocols
• Collect data for program evaluation and improvement
Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta
• Completion of a master’s level Nurse Practitioner program
• Experience in harm reduction and trauma-informed care
• Strong interpersonal skills for building community relationships
• Class 5 driver’s license required with a clean record
