In the role of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will work in a person-centered environment, reporting directly to the Director of Care. Collaborate with a dedicated care team to ensure residents receive high-quality nursing care tailored to their needs. You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and manage medications while supporting resident transitions and responding to medical emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with care teams and document resident progress

• Manage medication administration and treatments

• Coordinate care plans with physicians and healthcare providers

• Assist in resident transitions and respond to emergencies

• Lead and delegate tasks to nursing team members

Requirements:

• Valid LPN registration in British Columbia

• Experience in long-term or geriatric care preferred

• Excellent critical thinking and communication abilities

• Current CPR and First Aid certifications required

• Complete a current Vulnerable Sector Check
