Advance your career at Sharp Health Care as an Experienced Clinical Nurse working night shifts. Deliver exceptional patient care and lead nursing teams effectively.
In this role, scheduled from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, you will utilize your clinical expertise to support patient care initiatives. This position requires an RN license and at least one year of clinical experience, including certifications like ACLS and PALS. Engage deeply with patients and families, ensuring their needs are met through personalized care and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and delegate care tasks among staff
• Document care procedures creatively and informatively
• Build trusted relationships with patients and families
• Mentor coworkers for improved patient outcomes
• Educate patients on health management and recovery
Requirements:
• Active California Registered Nurse license
• 1 year of relevant clinical nursing experience
• Necessary certifications: AHA BLS and ACLS
• NIH Stroke Scale training required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
