Clinical Leadership Director of Care

In this pivotal role, you will provide clinical leadership and ensure safe nursing services in long-term care settings. You’ll manage nursing staff, develop care plans, and direct quality improvement in clinical programs. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee nursing and personal care services

• Develop, implement, and review resident care plans

• Ensure compliance with the Fixing Long-Term Care Act

• Recruit, schedule, and supervise nursing staff

• Maintain clinical quality and oversight of medication management

Requirements:

• Active RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• 5+ years of clinical experience in long-term care

• Knowledge of Ontario long-term care regulations

• Current BLS/CPR certification required

• Clear vulnerable sector police reference check
