Join Birth Partnership Midwives in Calgary as a full-time Registered Midwife committed to providing exceptional maternity care. This role emphasizes teamwork and relationship-based practices with a three-midwife call rotation.
Located in Calgary, Birth Partnership Midwives seeks a compassionate and collaborative midwife to support maternity care from early pregnancy to six weeks postpartum. You will work alongside experienced colleagues, balancing autonomy and teamwork in an environment built on mutual respect within Rockyview General Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide full-scope midwifery care through the entire maternity journey
• Participate in shared call responsibilities within a three-midwife rotation
• Foster excellent interdisciplinary relationships with hospital staff
• Support both hospital and community-based care initiatives
• Contribute positively to a collaborative team culture
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Midwives of Alberta or eligible
• Strong commitment to continuity of care and informed choice
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
• Organized and compassionate approach to patient care
• Ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team
