Night Owl is seeking skilled Registered Nurses for in-home overnight care of postpartum families. This role focuses on monitoring newborn health, supporting feeding practices, and encouraging maternal recovery. You will build lasting relationships with families during a critical period, empowering them with essential education and emotional support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide evidence-based overnight nursing care for newborns
• Monitor newborn health, feeding, and comfort
• Support individualized feeding plans and safe sleep practices
• Assess maternal recovery and detect postpartum complications
• Educate families on newborn care and infant development
Requirements:
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• CPR/BLS certification; NRP is a plus
• Minimum two years postpartum clinical nursing experience
• Strong maternal and newborn assessment skills
• Ability to work independently in client homes
