Required qualifications include an accredited nursing education along with 2-3 years of recent experience in an operating room. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the surgical team for optimal patient outcomes

• Comply with infection control and medication storage guidelines

• Document patient care activities appropriately

• Maintain patient confidentiality consistently

• Facilitate orientation for incoming staff members

Requirements:

• Completion of nursing education with Alberta registration

• 2-3 years operating room experience is essential

• Active Basic Cardiac Life Support – HCP certification

• Experience handling orthopedic surgeries preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills
