As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role within our healthcare team, offering comprehensive health assessments and managing chronic conditions. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough health assessments and wellness counseling

• Design and evaluate individualized care plans for patients

• Administer clinical interventions and vaccinations

• Maintain accurate documentation and practice evidence-based care

Requirements:

• BN or BScN from an accredited institution

• Active CARNA license and BLS certification

• Minimum 3 years nursing experience or equivalent

• Comfortable navigating EMR systems

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
