Resident Care Manager at AgeCare

Lead the nursing team at Age Care as a Resident Care Manager, ensuring exceptional care for seniors. Your leadership will cultivate a safe and respectful environment for all residents.

In this pivotal role reporting to the Administrator, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality care within our Communities of Care and Wellness. Your responsibilities include guiding care staff, evaluating nursing practices, and implementing clinical best practices. You will collaborate closely with a management team dedicated to excellence in care while ensuring adherence to operational plans and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and evaluate nursing care in assigned teams

• Mentor and manage performance of all care staff

• Implement Age Care Clinical Best Practice Programs

• Monitor safety and injury prevention measures

• Participate in accreditation and corporate initiatives

Requirements:

• RN Diploma or Bachelor's Degree with CARNA membership

• 5 years’ leadership experience in nursing care

• Knowledge of Long Term Care regulations

• Experience with dementia care

• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
