Key Responsibilities:
• Provide holistic care following CLPNA guidelines
• Collaborate with the inter-professional healthcare team
• Administer medications, fluids, and vaccinations
• Maintain effective relationships with patients and staff
• Mentor colleagues in nursing practices
Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited LPN education program
• Current CLHA registration and BCLS-HCP certification
• Recent hemodialysis and nephrology nursing experience
• Ability to work independently in dynamic environments
• Basic computer skills for documentation
