Join the team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Rural South Home Care setting, serving areas like Claresholm and Okotoks. Your responsibilities will include assessing client needs, implementing care plans, and ensuring ongoing evaluation as part of a collaborative health care team. Experience in community-based settings and a person-centered approach are key to delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and evaluate Home Care client needs
• Implement and modify care plans as required
• Collaborate with families to craft personal health goals
• Utilize nursing processes and critical thinking skills
• Provide direct nursing care across the lifespan
Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited LPN program
• Active or eligible LPN registration in Alberta
• Current BCLS-HCP certification
• Post-basic Medication Administration course completed
• Minimum two years of current nursing experience
Deliver compassionate nursing care while working mobile in communities with Assisted Living Alberta.
