South Health Campus is searching for an experienced Nurse Clinician to provide clinical leadership within the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit. This role will involve coordinating an interprofessional team while promoting high-quality patient care and mentorship. Ideal candidates will have robust clinical expertise in peri-anesthesia or critical care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multidisciplinary care for post-surgical patients

• Oversee daily patient care and resource management

• Mentor nursing staff in evidence-informed practice

• Administer high-quality, patient-centered nursing care

• Foster collaboration between surgical suites and inpatient units

Requirements:

• Accredited nursing education completion

• Active registration with CRNA

• Current BCLS-HCP certification

• Minimum 3 years of PACU or ICU experience

• Strong communication and leadership skills
