As a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work at Wentworth Manor providing essential nursing care to stabilize and improve elderly residents' health. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will use your expertise to implement care plans and monitor patient conditions closely, ensuring a high level of care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and document resident health changes
• Administer medications according to policy
• Collaborate on resident Care Plans for optimal recovery
• Supervise HCAs during medication assistance
• Complete daily audits on documentation practices
Requirements:
• Valid CLPNA license required
• CPR certification mandatory
• Preferred experience in long-term or geriatric care
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
• Criminal record check required for hiring
