Key Responsibilities:

• Lead staff recruitment and training initiatives

• Provide ongoing performance reviews for nursing staff

• Facilitate resident move-in assessments and care conferences

• Initiate Medication Reconciliation during transitions

• Manage operations in the Director's absence

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of nursing and leadership experience

• Familiarity with provincial legislation for care

• Direct experience with Dementia residents

• Valid nursing registration in the province

• BLS/CPR certification required
