As a Registered Midwife with Birth Partnership Midwives, you will contribute to a collegial practice that prioritizes client relationships and interdisciplinary collaboration. This full-time role involves a three-midwife call rotation, focusing on continuity of care and supporting clients from pregnancy to postpartum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full-scope midwifery care across maternity stages

• Participate in shared call responsibilities together with two colleagues

• Foster relationships with staff at Rockyview General Hospital

• Offer care both in hospital and community settings

• Cultivate a respectful and collaborative practice culture

Requirements:

• Eligible for registration with the College of Midwives of Alberta

• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills

• Committed to providing exceptional client-centered care

• Organized and compassionate in practice

• Ability to enhance a supportive team environment
