Key Responsibilities:

• Support and supervise nursing staff execution of duties

• Organize interdisciplinary team meetings

• Step into leadership during management's absence

Requirements:

• Current RN registration in Alberta

• Background in Long Term Care is an asset

• Knowledge in wound management and infection control

• Strong ability to prioritize tasks

• Skilled in both individual and group communications
