As a Nursing Officer, you deliver primary and tertiary patient care in both Canadian Forces Health Services Centres and hospitals during operations.
Your role encompasses clinical care, health policy development, and education, working collaboratively with health care teams. You'll experience diverse nursing domains while engaging in vital training programs to enhance your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient care in hospitals and clinics
• Collaborate with health care teams on service delivery
• Develop health services policies and practices
• Participate in training and operational exercises
• Engage in preventive and environmental health services
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse’s degree from a Canadian university
• License to practise in a Canadian province
• Basic Military Officer Qualification training completion
• Clinical competencies for military settings
• Willingness to relocate or serve part-time
