RAI Program and Clinical Education Leader

As the RAI Program & Clinical Education Manager, you will guide strategic initiatives for workforce development and education at Bethany Care Society. This full-time, permanent position requires strong leadership to ensure the integration of clinical practice with regulatory standards. You will collaborate across departments and lead Clinical Educators while prioritizing resident care and education quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the corporate clinical education strategy

• Ensure compliance with education governance and competency frameworks

• Lead continuous improvement in RAI quality assurance

• Supervise and mentor a team of Clinical Educators and Assessors

• Coordinate evidence collection for regulatory readiness

Requirements:

• Nursing degree with a focus on clinical education

• At least 3 to 5 years in healthcare management

• Familiarity with document management systems

• Excellent coordination and follow-through skills

• Strong interpersonal communication abilities
