Caring Hands Home Health Care is looking for compassionate and dedicated Clinical Nurses (RN or LPN) to join our growing team. Working in partnership with 4

Seasons Transportation, you will provide safe, individualized nursing care to students with medical and complex health needs while they travel to and from school.

• Monday to Friday schedule
• No evenings, weekends, or statutory holidays
• Summers, Spring Break, and Christmas Break off
• Paid orientation and ongoing education
• Supportive clinical leadership

• Provide safe nursing care during student transportation.
• Deliver care in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice.

• Tracheostomy care
• Suctioning
• Enteral feeding
• Oxygen therapy
• Seizure management
• Other nursing interventions as required
• Monitor student health and respond appropriately to medical concerns.
• Communicate professionally with families, schools, transportation staff, and the clinical team.

• Current registration in good standing with College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA), or College of Licensed Practical Nurses and Health Care Aides (CLHA)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Valid Alberta driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search.
• Pediatric, school health, home care, or community nursing experience is considered an asset.

Morning Route:
Approximately 6:30 AM – 9:30 AM Afternoon Route:
Approximately 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM Additional shifts may be available based on operational needs.
