As a member of the TELUS Health team, you will conduct health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Your role will encompass conducting clinical interventions and working collaboratively with other care providers, enhancing the health experiences for families, professionals, and travelers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive health assessments and screenings
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans
• Execute clinical tasks like injections and diagnostics
• Support urgent patient needs and community care transitions
• Maintain accurate documentation following best practices
Requirements:
• BN or BScN from an accredited nursing program
• Valid CARNA license and BLS Provider certification
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in clinical settings
• Comfort with EMR systems and basic Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
