Classic Life Care is on the lookout for a passionate Clinical Nursing Supervisor to support our Calgary branch. This role involves conducting thorough assessments, developing care plans, and leading a team to manage pediatric clients effectively. You will play a crucial role in collaborating with healthcare providers to enhance care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct ongoing clinical assessments to determine client needs
• Develop and implement customized care plans aligned with goals
• Oversee a dynamic caseload, responding to clinical changes
• Collaborate with families and healthcare teams for optimal outcomes
• Educate and guide clients, families, and colleagues
Requirements:
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certified with CLPNA
• Pediatric care experience preferred but will train
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications
• Background check and tuberculosis screening clearance
• Valid driver's license and transportation within Calgary
