Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate nursing services within the residence
• Lead team shift reports on residents’ status
• Document and report significant resident changes
• Process and implement physician orders promptly
• Ensure adherence to nursing standards and regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Registration with provincial nursing registry
• Knowledge of nursing home legislation and regulations
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation nursing
• Ability to promote teamwork and safety culture
