Age Care is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for its SkyPointe location. This role requires a 2-Year Canadian LPN Diploma and expertise in Palliative and Hospice Care Nursing. You'll supervise Registered Practical Nurses and Personal Support Workers, playing a critical role in enhancing residents' comfort and dignity during their end-of-life care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional nursing care to residents
• Supervise Registered Practical Nurses and Personal Support Workers

Requirements:
