Key Responsibilities:

• Complete detailed clinical assessments for each resident

• Coach and mentor unregulated care providers effectively

• Ensure clear communication with residents and families

Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse registration

• Experience with elder care preferred

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certifications required

• Willingness to obtain a current Vulnerable Sector Check
