Reporting to the Director of Care, you will administer medications, conduct resident assessments, and ensure all health documentation is accurate and compliant. You will also lead care planning discussions and coordinate tasks among the nursing team, making a lasting impact on residents’ quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage resident care and medication needs effectively
• Conduct regular care assessments and service documentation
• Facilitate education for families and residents
• Supervise and delegate care responsibility appropriately
• Assist in health and safety compliance within the nursing department
Requirements:
• Must be a currently registered nurse in the Province
• Experience working with seniors and care settings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrated clinical knowledge and delegation capability
• Vulnerable Sector Check required within six months
