Key Responsibilities:
• Implement care standards and monitor outcomes
• Assess resident health changes and refer to physicians
• Guide Healthcare Aides in medication assistance
• Conduct daily audits on documentation
• Notify families regarding residents' health status
Requirements:
• Current CLPNA license and CPR certification
• Previous experience in senior, rehabilitation, or long-term care
• Capacity to engage effectively in teamwork
• Complete immunization proof required upon hire
• Background check necessary for employment
