As a member of the Age Care team, you will work under the guidance of the Director of Care to provide exceptional nursing services.
Your role encompasses the integration of ethical practices, and the promotion of health and safety standards. Collaborating with a diverse team, you will ensure all residents receive individual attention and care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate nursing procedures for residents
• Lead communication of residents’ health shifts to team
• Record and analyze changes in residents' healthcare
• Expedite physician orders as procedures dictate
• Comply with nursing standards and regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Registration in good standing with provincial nursing board
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations
• Experience in geriatric or long-term care settings
• Strong focus on teamwork and resident safety
