Registered Nurse

Position: Registered Nurse at Cogir Senior Living
Elevate senior care at Cogir Senior Living as a Registered Nurse. Focus on direct resident care, medication administration, and compliance with health standards during your shifts from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Thursday.

As a Registered Nurse reporting to the Director of Care, you will provide essential care and support to residents while maintaining documentation in line with regulatory policies. This role is vital for ensuring a high standard of living for seniors, where your passion and skills in nursing can truly shine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct residents’ care assessments and service plans

• Assist in scheduling and participating in care conferences

• Administer medications and ensure regulatory compliance

• Educate residents and their families about care plans

• Coordinate nursing team assignments for timely service delivery

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse designation in the province

• Experience with seniors and unregulated care providers

• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

• Familiarity with computer and Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to provide a Vulnerable Sector Check
