Become a vital part of Wing Kei's care team as a Licensed Practical Nurse. This role emphasizes compassionate nursing, individual care assessments, and a commitment to client well-being.
In this position, you'll work under the supervision of experienced clinical leaders, ensuring adherence to CLPNA Standards while actively engaging in person and family-centered care. Your responsibilities will include comprehensive nursing assessments and dynamic collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to enhance clients' quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advocate for Wing Kei’s vision and core values
• Implement nursing processes including assessments and evaluations
• Review individual care plans regularly for improvements
• Provide emotional support and collaborate with care teams
• Participate in training for best service practices
Requirements:
• Valid LPN License regulated by CLHA
• Current CPR (BCLS) training
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments
• Strong observational and leadership skills
• Experience in Long Term Care or Support Living preferred
