Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and assess quality improvement measures
• Develop personalized care plans based on resident needs
• Maintain thorough documentation and safety protocols
• Support and lead care staff in resident interactions
• Directly care for residents and manage emergencies as needed
Requirements:
• Valid LPN license registered with CLPNA
• Certifications in Emergency First Aid, CPR, and AED
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Self-sufficient with high accountability
• Demonstrated leadership in healthcare settings
