As a Nurse Educator at Chartwell, you will provide essential training to nursing staff, supporting them in palliative care, pain management, and abuse prevention. Your leadership will help guide high-quality care delivery, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Furthermore, you will chair critical committees while collaborating with various healthcare partners to enhance resident care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver clinical education and training to nursing staff
• Mentor and support staff ensuring high-quality care
• Chair Clinical Practices Committee for quality improvement
• Collaborate with teams and families on care plans
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and audits
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing and active registration
• 3-5 years of experience in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care
• Proven skills in developing clinical education
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
