In this pivotal Clinical Manager role, you will align with Wing Kei's mission, supporting residents and staff through effective legislative education and care plan compliance. You will also supervise interdisciplinary teams, enhancing resident and client outcomes through strong leadership and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advocate for Wing Kei values and quality resident care
• Supervise and manage staff performance and hiring processes
• Create safe environments supporting quality health services
• Educate teams on resident/client safety and compliance
• Facilitate collaboration across departments for optimal care
Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse with CARNA certification
• Proven leadership in Long Term Care or Supportive Living
• Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
• Annual MDS Competency Certification required
