As a Resident Experience Lead, you will directly support Clinical Managers while guiding frontline staff. Responsibilities include clinical supervision, maintaining care plans, and managing resident admissions and discharges. Your leadership will be key in ensuring compliance with policies and addressing resident concerns during emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily supervision and support of Care staff

• Maintain documentation for resident care accurately

• Participate in team care planning discussions

• Facilitate admissions, transfers, and discharges for residents

• Coach team members and engage families in care

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse registration

• Minimum 3 years of experience in continuing care

• CPR (BCLS) certificate required

• Strong leadership and crisis management skills

• Excellent communication abilities, multilingual is a plus
