Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and administer IV and Injection therapies
• Review physician's orders and enhance patient care techniques
• Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor health status
• Provide guidance to nursing staff and foster collaboration
• Engage in continuous education to improve practice
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years acute care experience
• Registered nurse with current provincial registration
• Experience in ICU or ER is a plus
• Strong IV skills and analytical abilities
• Positive and collaborative mindset
