As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will deliver emergency medical support and manage injuries within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities will include first aid, coordination with external medical facilities, and overseeing return-to-work processes. Engage in health assessments and collaborate with teams to enhance employee wellness initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide immediate care for workplace injuries and illnesses
• Coordinate emergency response and transport to medical facilities
• Assess and document occupational injuries and illnesses
• Conduct health assessments and fitness-for-work evaluations
• Liaise with healthcare providers and external partners
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse licensed in Alberta
• Advanced Care Paramedic certification required
• Experience in high-pressure medical environments
• Knowledge of workplace hazards and risk mitigation
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice
