Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs through comprehensive evaluations
• Develop and execute individualized care plans
• Report ongoing client conditions to the Staff Nurse
• Administer prescribed medications safely and effectively
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary health care team
Requirements:
• Graduation from a recognized LPN program is essential
• Must have active CLHA registration
• Current Basic Life Support Provider CPR certification
• Preferred experience in nursing roles
• Strong leadership skills necessary for this role
