Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care in the operating room
• Act as a patient advocate during surgery
• Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesiologists
• Utilize evidence-based measures for optimal outcomes
• Maintain effective communication with the surgical team
Requirements:
• Accredited nursing education program completion
• Active registration with CRNA
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
• Completion of perioperative nursing course
• Ability to stand for extended periods in surgery
