Age Care is on the lookout for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality, goal-directed nursing care in accordance with provincial standards. In this collaborative role, you’ll work closely with the inter-professional team to complete care assessments, develop service plans, and administer direct resident care, ensuring the highest standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct accurate resident clinical care assessments
• Implement and evaluate care/service plans effectively
• Assist in scheduling resident care conferences
• Provide medication and treatment administration
• Document care in compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements:
• Practical Nurse Diploma with current registration
• 3+ years of experience in seniors’ health
• Current CPR training
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills
