Carewest is seeking a passionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work at Royal Park, a Complex Continuing Care facility. Reporting to the Director of Care, you will conduct comprehensive client assessments and create tailored care plans. You will monitor ongoing client conditions and ensure timely updates to the Staff Nurse about any changes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough client assessments and implement care plans
• Administer prescribed medications and supervise unregulated staff
• Monitor ongoing client conditions and report changes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary health care team
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in nursing practice
Requirements:
• Graduation from a recognized LPN program
• Current registration with the CLHA
• Basic Life Support Provider CPR certification
• Previous nursing experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership skills
