Location: Hanna
Build RN or RPN practice competency as an Undergraduate Nurse with AHS in Hanna, providing patient and family centered care. Day shifts support casual relief scheduling.
Working in Home and Community Care, you will develop skills across the range and complexity of nursing practice. Your activities and supervision reflect legislation, professional standards, AHS requirements, education, experience, and demonstrated competency. The position is with Assisted Living Alberta.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop competency in RN or RPN nursing practice
- Provide safe, quality patient and family centered care
- Perform nursing activities under determined supervision
- Reflect AHS shared vision and values
- Current enrollment in an approved Alberta nursing education program
- Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support CPR certificate
- Required year and clinical hours for RN or RPN pathway
- Driver's license and vehicle required
- Satisfactory criminal record or Vulnerable Sector Search
Develop nursing competency through supervised patient and family centered care in AHS Home and Community Care.
