Licensed Practical Nurse AgeCare Dawson

Provide person-centered nursing care at Age Care Dawson in Chestermere as a Licensed Practical Nurse with clinical assessment expertise. This regular part-time role is 0.40 FTE.
Reporting to the Director of Care, the experienced LPN provides planned, patient-oriented, goal-directed care. You will support clinical assessments, care plans, documentation, medication administration, and treatment administration. The role also involves interdisciplinary teamwork, resident transitions, and care conferences.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct resident care using a person-centered approach
Complete clinical assessments, care plans, and documentation
Evaluate care effectiveness and update plans as required
Administer medications and treatments according to standards
Facilitate resident moves, transfers, and care conferences
Requirements:
Practical Nurse Diploma
Current provincial registration and membership in good standing
Three or more years of seniors' health experience
Current CPR training
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Bring leadership, clinical documentation, and resident-care skills to Age Care Dawson while demonstrating trust, respect, quality, and teamwork.
